The Universal One Healing Membership Terms and Conditions
For a Current Membership Term That Was Active on Sept 6, 2011

These terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) govern the Universal One Healing Membership benefits with respect to a current Membership term that was active on 9/6/2011. The Universal One Healing Membership Program is brought to you by Universal One Healing, and its owner Christa A. Lamb ( “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours”). Purchase or use of any membership on the Universal One Healing (“Membership”) at any time subjects the purchaser or user (“you,” “your,” “yours,” “Member”) to the provisions of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.

Benefits

Universal One Healing free membership entitles Members with a current Membership term that was active on 9/6/2011 to the following benefits:

• Activity Stream -keep up on what other members are doing…
• Member profiles -share a little something about yourself…
• Profile picture -show other members who you are…
• Photo albums- upload photos to your member profile page…
• Create groups -start a member community to share ideas and interests…
• Join forums -get involved in a group discussion about something that moves you…
• “Friend” other members -make a connection while making friends…
• Private Messaging -send messages to your universal one friends…

Universal One Healing paid membership entitles Members with a current Membership term that was active on 9/6/2011 to the following benefits:

• With Calendar Sharing you’ll have access to add & share your own events, classes, and happenings on the Universal One Calendar of Events. Add as many events as you wish, it’s your calendar. You add! You share! You pick! It’s your choice!
• Get a special profile designed to promote you. With a Universal One Healer’s Profile you have the ability to let potential clients, members, parishioners…whoever you seek to reach, reach you! Your profile will consist of a profile picture, about you section, and contact information which you will be able to update and maintain yourself. Whether you’re a practitioner or preacher with a Healer’s profile be noticed!
• When you become a premium member, we make sure you stand out in our Spiritual Search Directory. While everyone else’s directory listing is plain and simple, your listing will shine. We let people know you are a Universal One Healer by advertising you above the rest in bright colors and bold text. We also allow people to filter their search so only Universal One Healers are seen. Also, as a full member you will have the ability to update your listing any time you wish. We go the length to make sure you stand out!
• When you become a premium member, we will display an image link to your personal profile on a page that can be found on the site in just one click. It doesn’t matter where you go on the site, if you’re on a full Universal One member, you get found in just one click!

Certain Conditions

(a) Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable.
(b) We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Memberships. Such information includes name, address, email address, and telephone number. We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.

Membership Fee

The Membership fee for paying members is currently $4.99/month or 55.00 a year respectfully. Membership fees are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable federal or state law. The Membership fee does not include applicable taxes. We may change the Membership fee at any time, but changes will apply only to new and renewal Memberships.
Membership fees are not refundable.  And members can cancel at any time.

Term; Automatic Renewal; Billing

Automatic Renewal Membership fees will be billed monthly and automatically to the credit or debit card (other than a debit card that always requires a PIN) you provided when you enrolled in Membership or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount of the then current Membership fee, approximately one month prior to your Membership expiration date.

Cancellation; Termination

(a) You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. If you cancel your Membership, you are not entitled to a full refund of your Membership fee.

(b) We may terminate your Membership, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including without limitation our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provisions of this Agreement, applicable law, or otherwise be harmful to our interests, or violate our website Terms of Use. In the event of any such termination, you will not be entitled to a reinstating of your Membership or a refund of your Membership fee.  .

Member Privacy Policy

As a Member, the information we capture will be subject to the Universal One Healing Privacy Policy as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms. You may view the current version of the Universal One Healing Privacy Policy at any time at Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

USE OF THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING, AND ITS OWNER, CHRISTA A. LAMB (COLLECTIVELY “MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS”) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING BENEFITS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING BENEFITS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR (iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU FROM YOUR USE OF THE BARNES & NOBLE MEMBER PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MEMBERSHIP PROVIDER HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE BARNES & NOBLE MEMBER PROGRAM OR ANY BENEFITS THEREOF; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED VIA THE USE THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING BENEFITS MEMBERSHIP; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING MEMBERSHIP DATA; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE UNIVERSAL ONE HEALING BENEFITS MEMBERSHIP.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law

This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment

This Agreement, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between us and any user of the Universal One Healing Membership with respect to the Universal One Healing Membership benefits and supersedes any other agreements, statements or representations. Headings used in this Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. Any user of any portion of the Universal One Healing Membership is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Changes to This Agreement

We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time without notice or liability by posting a revised Agreement on the Member Program website located at universalonehealing.com/membership-signup. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise provided. You may view the current version of this Agreement at any time online at universalonehealing.com/membership-signup.
